Registration Guide

After your full paper or abstract is accepted, you will receive the notification of acceptance including the registration form and registration guideline. The symposium fees cover participation in the technical sessions, administration, documentation, publication fee (for author registration only) and refreshments including lunch and dinner on August 17-18, 2022. You will receive a confirmation email and further information after we receiving your registration form and other registration files.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves. We advise you reserve rooms as early as you can.

Refund Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 20 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 15-20 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email. No shows will not be refunded. The organizing committee is not responsible for problems beyond our control, such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, etc.
* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

Presenters’ Registration:250$ 

Sponsor Registration: 1000$ and above

Citizen from the EAC will receive a special discount

Onsite Payment

This is only allowed in cash-term for listener only.

NB Listeners who are not part of the organizing committee need to send an email to the secretary, (secretariat@easyris.org) for registration
